Trustee Canty moved, seconded by Trustee Grasse that the Committee-of-the-Whole recommend that the Village Board of Trustees direct staff to proceed with requesting Letters of Interest and the next steps as outlined in the report, with final ranking criteria and feedback from the Village Board on proposals to occur when they are received.
