In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board meeting is closed to in-person, public attendance. The public will have an opportunity to fully participate in the virtual Board meeting via their computers or phones.

Report of Committee of the Whole Meeting of November 9, 2020

 

Trustee Scaletta moved, seconded by Trustee Canty, that the Committee-of-the-Whole recommend to the Board of Trustees that the Board acknowledge with thanks the proposed budget for the Arlington Heights Memorial Library Fund.

Trustee Rosenberg moved, seconded by Trustee Scaletta that the Committee-of-the-Whole recommend to the Village Board of Trustees to authorize staff to prepare the Village's and the Arlington Heights Memorial Library's 2020 Tax Levy Ordinance reflecting an estimated total tax levy of $51,828,721 or a 0% increase over the 2019 extended tax levy for the Village and Library portion of the levy.

Consideration of recommending to the Liquor Commissioner the issuance of a Class B liquor license to S.K. Enterprise Group, Inc. dba 7-11 #33876 D, located at 1418 Hintz Road.

The purpose of this Agenda is to save time by taking only one roll call vote instead of separate votes on each item. Consideration of this Consent Agenda will be governed by the following rules and procedures prior to roll call vote:

1.Any Trustee who wishes to vote "no" or "pass" on any Consent Agenda items should so indicate.
2.Upon the request of any one Trustee, any item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately after adoption of the Consent Agenda.
3.Citizens in the audience may ask to remove any item on this Consent Agenda.
