Downtown Parking Phase One Improvements

 

Trustee Baldino moved, seconded by Trustee Blackwood that the Committee-of-the-Whole recommend staff move forward with the Phase One Parking Improvement Implementation Plan items 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.4, 2.0, 3.2, 9.1 and 9.4 with consideration of comments from the Committee of the Whole and continue to evaluate recommendations 3.1 and 7.2.

 

The motion passed unanimously.

Kennicott upon sufficient proof of meeting all outstanding eligibility requirements  as well as surrender of the current liquor license issued to this address.

1.Any Trustee who wishes to vote "no" or "pass" on any Consent Agenda items should so indicate.
2.Upon the request of any one Trustee, any item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately after adoption of the Consent Agenda.
3.Citizens in the audience may ask to remove any item on this Consent Agenda.
4.One roll call vote will be taken and will cover all remaining Consent Agenda items.
